some other skin types

Today I’m gonna tell you about some more types of skin & the care of your skin. Apart from the major skin types of skin there are other skin types also like SENSITIVE SKIN (react to changes and show a reddish look or itch), HYDRATED SKIN (to much moist and look puffy and congested) and AGEING SKINS (time tired skin).             The first and the foremost step to take care of your skin is to identify it. These are some basic points that will surely help you in your task:

  1. Cleanse your skin twice a day with the products suitable to your skin type.
  2. Avoid the sun and smoking.
  3. Drink 8-10 glasses of water everyday.
  4. See a beauty therapist at least once in every 4-6 months after the age of twenty five.
  5. Exercise regularly & use a face mask once in every week.
  6. Neglect accelerates ageing more than anything else.
