Today I’m going to review of another product from Illamasqua‘s Imperfection collection. You guys would have surely read my review of the gorgeous Immodest lipstick from Imperfection collection a couples days ago. The idea behind the collection is that, rather than hiding our
imperfections – we should work with them and show them off – be proud
and say “I’m perfection”!
Illamasqua blush duo Beg & Bronzerella comes in a black packaging box with its brand name. Inside it we find a shining black squire case of blush which is smooth and shining. Inside the case you find the two shades with a mirror. There is no applicator provided with the packaging but you can ignore this after seeing the elegant packaging. And usually, most of us prefer using separate brushes. You can try out the Blush up Brush from Illamasqua for this purpose.
Beg is a matte, dusky pink color and Bronzerella is a frosted
coppery bronze colour – both of them are extremely pigmented. While Beg is a part of the permanent line while Bronzerella is a new shade.
The texture of both shades is soft and silky smooth. I didn’t find much powdery mess when the brush
is swiped on the surface which I have noticed with many other blushes. I love to feel its silkiness while it touches on my cheeks.
pigmentation is really amazing. Both shades have tremendous opaqueness. When I first saw the shades, I was sure about the great pigmentation of Bronzerella because you can guess the pigmentation of a shimmery blush but I had no idea at all that the other matte shade would be similarly pigmented. I apply just two or three swipes of Beg for blending and just one or two swipes with light touch of Bronzerella because it’s quite a deep shade for my skin tone. It blends brilliantly
like a dream and gives an even finish.
The most important thing is that
you hardly feel like you have applied any blush on your cheeks because it very light weight.
Moreover the lasting power is so strong. It can stay for about 8 hours easily on
my face. I don’t know how much it’ll last on an oily skin face but for me it’s
great. I really love this blush duo & would love to recommend it to all my readers who want something classy this spring-summer.
