Pressed powders are a major requirement for all girls, an absolutely essential in one’s bag. Today I’m with L’Oreal Mat Magique All-In-One Matte Transforming Powder from L’Oreal Paris. You know when I heard about this pressed powder, it seemed quite an interesting product. In fact, was just about to purchase it when L’Oreal Paris India sent
me these for testing out. You can imagine my happiness and excitement. I’m really eager to test these new beauties. But in today’s post I want to focus on all the 5 shades that are a part of this range.
You get 5 shades in these powders. They have been launched in India keeping in mind the warm undertone of Indian skin. All 5 shades are warm with yellow tone and are suitable for warm Indian skin tone.
1- N2- Nude Vanilla
2- N6- Nude Honey
3-G1- Vanilla Ivory
4- G2- Golden Ivory
5- G7- Golden Amber
N2- Nude Vanilla
It’s the lightest shade among them. It has a very light hint of yellow tone that is perfect for those who have fair skin with cool undertones. This is my shade, by the way, and will be reviewing it in details very soon!
The second shade is G1 Vanilla Ivory, perfect for fair skin tone. It has a visible yellow tone that will be ideal in evening but in the daylight, a difference can be noticeable in my opinion.
For wheatish skin tones, G2 Golden Ivory is perfect shade. It’s really an ideal shade for medium and medium fair skin tone girls, not too orange in tone.
The 4th shade N6- Nude Honey is suitable for medium dusky skin tones. This shade has a noticeable orange tone that could be upset the girls who don’t like an orange tone in their pressed powder. If you have extra warmth and dusky skin tone, this will be perfect for you.
G7- Golden Amber
The 5th shade G7- Golden Amber is the darkest shade in the L’Oreal Mat Magique range. It is ideal for deep dusky skin tones. It’s not for those with slightly darker skin tone.
L’Oreal Paris Mat Magique All-in-One pressed powder makes its way into budget beauty buys because it costs only INR 399. And the best thing about these powders is that L’Oreal has not compromised on the quality & packaging. The packaging is very beautiful and the case includes an applicator sponge as well as a mirror. The shades are diverse and will cover almost all types of skin tones in India. Although I will be reviewing one of the shades in full detail, but if I have to say a few words on the texture they would be that the texture is very smooth and they are easy to apply. The matte effect is very impressive and this powder will work best during this humid season. SPF protection is a major plus point.

Overall, it’s an ideal buy for all those looking for a great budget-friendly buy, especially young girls. This will provide them the perfect touch up along with sun protection!
