That was enough to make me excited and curious about this liquid lipstick. Let’s find out if it really is as good as Sugar Cosmetics claims it to be.

Ingredients

In the mirror of my own experience

The lipstick comes in a transparent tube with a black cap. You get the tube in an funky bright outer box that is a symbol of all Sugar Cosmetics products. The applicator of the lipstick is perfect to apply the lipstick. The perfect design of the applicator makes the application easy. I love the packaging as it’s not only attractive but very convenient to use and carry.

The shade Rust Lust is a beautiful warm rust shade which looks gorgeous on the lips. It has slight touch of orange and pink undertones that makes it all the more prettier. It suits  all skin tones and gives a bright and fresh effect to the face instantly. It has no shimmer at all that I love.

The texture of this lipstick is liquid creamy and smooth. It feels soft on the lips and glides beautifully without tugging. It applies easily and effortlessly. It dries out completely in few minutes and once it dries out, it settles into a gorgeous matte finish and not into finelines. The effect you get after applying it is beautiful. It doesn’t transfer or smudge at all. The only thing you have to remember is that apply a lip balm before wearing this. As is the case with most matte lip colours, this one can also make your lips dry. With a lip balm, it looks so clean and beautiful. You don’t feel your lips dry.

The staying power is just amazing of this lipstick. It stays for about the whole day. It doesn’t fade or flake at all. It is completely smudge proof and transfer proof. It doesn’t get fade even after having meals and drinks and looks perfect on the lips.

As it’s a long lasting lipstick so you have to remove it with an oil based remover. You may also use olive or baby oil for this purpose. With these it get removed very easily without leaving any stain on the lips.

Finally

Overall I found it a superb liquid lipstick from Sugar Cosmetics, just like its all other products! I’m totally impressed with the quality and the effect. You get everything in it you can wish for in an ideal lipstick so no doubt that I’m going to buy some more shades from this range. I’m planning to buy some lighter shades for myself. For all day wear, this liquid lipstick is perfect! No need to retouch or reapply. Yes, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Ohmygoodness this looks amazing. I love more reddish colours in regards to lipsticks, so this would be perfect for me. I’d definitely love to give this a try.
