You maybe going to the office or working from home, any and all kinds of work routine sometime or the other can make you tired. And not just the end of the day exhaustion, rather more of a feeling when all you can think about is a ‘break’ from this monotonous routine. Trust me, I love the work I’m doing and so do most of you, but sometimes your mind and body just don’t agree to go on for another day. That is when you must take a break, short and refreshing! It’s going to do wonders to your stamina and you can come back all rejuvenated and relaxed.

Exhaustion is conquering you
It’s normal to be exhausted after full day’s work but feeling exhausted just by the thought of going to work is a true sign that you definitely need a break. Getting tired the by the time weekend comes is normal but after the weekend if you find yourself in the same condition is a complete symptom that you need some more time for yourself so you should take some time off and set for a break.
Committing careless mistakes
Work exhausts you and when Exhaustion starts taking a toll on you, you start doing careless mistakes in your work. This happens with me too as sometimes over straining myself makes me commit some careless mistakes like if I want to open something else and I’m tired I click on some other website or image etc. Sometimes It happens that I start writing something, keeping a topic in my mind but after some lines, I find that I have strayed from the topic I was writing. So when this starts happening consider yourself discharged and get some time for yourself to energize up your mind and body so that the term after the break starts with a fresh mood.

Your body’s immunity goes on getting weak
As the workload keep on increasing and you spend hours at the office or desk and even start doing overtime at night. This increases the pressure on your mind and your body keeps on getting weak and you often get sick. So you should maintain the balance between your work and physique so that you can work properly. Your health indicates your work so don’t let your health go down and take some days off and go on a refreshing break.
Your sleep goes on a holiday instead of you!
Overstressing yourself with loads of work. The roaming deadlines, massive company projects, creating documents for tomorrow’s meeting just kills your sleep and it just doesn’t come when you need it the most! So this indication is a serious one and you definitely need a quit from work and go for a small break to a calm place to relax. The same case is always with me, I have a lot of responsibilities and many times due to over stressing myself I even can’t sleep at night. Due to the busy schedule of my blogging, I have to ignore my other priorities and this feeling keeps on bothering me which takes away my sleep to another world and I am left on my bed, wide awake like an owl.

Emotions add a spice to your tired brain!
Even at a times, your brain sends the wrong signals to your body and your mind is full of emotions which burst out during the work. This thing happens almost with everyone and it even starts breaking you down. So it is a good time to take a break when you find yourself filled with these symptoms. When on a break, try to get relaxed, complete other priorities and spend some more time with family, friends and relatives. You will be back soon and this time with a relaxed mind and satisfied heart.

Today, I would like to introduce you to a new t-shirt brand I recently came across. It’s called Roundneck, which is also the kind of neck design their t-shirts have.     If exhaustion becomes overwhelming, it’s sure sign that from our bodies that we need a break and we should really listen before things start deteriorating even further. Thanks for sharing this list Rakhshanda! It’s important that we schedule regular breaks to look after our health because honestly nothing matters if you’re not healthy. I learned that lesson the hard way.

    Great post. There are few secreats to looking great every day. Your closet is huge patterns, colors, textures and trends. Which can be preety daunting morning when you are heading to work.
