Dermavive Hydra Cleanser Review | Best Cleanser For Sensitive Skin

Monsoon brings many problems for our skin, particularly for sensitive skin. Doesn’t matter if you have dry, combination, or oily skin; your skin can be sensitive. Such skin should be treated carefully and products are chosen according to it. Cleansing is the most important part of our skincare in this weather and so is a good cleanser. Often sensitive skin people confuse while it comes to select right cleansers for their skin because mostly cleansing products prove hard for sensitive skin but these days, some good cleansers have arrived in the market which is specially made for such skin types. Today I’m with a cleanser that claims to be a good one for sensitive skin. This is Dermavive Hydra Cleanser, it’s an Australian brand since I have been using this for about 1 month, this is the right time to write about this product!

My experience with The Cleanser

The packaging of Dermavive Hydra cleanser is a white and green tube packaging. The tube has a flip-open cap and slightly broad in size but it’s convenient and good for hygiene purposes.

Its hazy white in color and has a medicinal smell that doesn’t bother me. The consistency is runny and gel-like. I need a small amount of product for my face. It is totally soap-free and contains colloidal oatmeal (finely powdered oatmeal in any liquid). Oatmeal has been a great ingredient for cleansing the skin and used for ancient times. It is helpful in cleansing and moisturizing the skin. The lactic acid in oatmeal helps to reduce acne. What I noticed after using it for the first time is that it removed not only all impurities from my skin but also left it soft and hydrated. It’s extremely lightweight and gentle on the skin.

I wanted to test this cleanser while removing makeup. So, I tried to clean heavy makeup on my face. It removed most of the makeup in the first application and the rest after the second application. It even removed the water-proof mascara and still managed to be gentle on the skin.

Is The Face wash True On Its Claim? Does It Worth the Cost?

The cleanser is great for normal, dry, and combination skin especially for sensitive skin because it’s so gentle and mild on the skin. It neither made my skin dry nor caused any breakout. Sensitive skin people who have a problem in exfoliating their skin would love this cleanser because powdered oatmeal and lactic acid do the job to an extent. It has made my skin, softer, smoother, and brighter. I must say that it’s not only true on its claim but yes, it worth the price too.

Who Do I Recommend It To?

I will recommend the Dermavive Hydra Cleanser to all skin types, especially for sensitive skin. It will cleanse such skin without being harsh like other cleansers do. Oily skin people will also love it because it keeps skin soft, supple, and washes off the extra sebum without removing away their natural oils.
