Monsoon is on its peak these days! Although this year it started quite late but after a hot summer, it is really nice to have such cool rainy days.
Today I’m here with another review of a lipstick which is suitable for this season. It is Rouge Bunny Rouge lipstick in Jasmine-Weighted Air Shade. I had chosen two shades from their range. You have read the review of the first one a few days ago, now I’m with another one. So let’s see how I found this lipstick after using.
What company says…
This luxuriously hydrating Rouge Bunny Rouge Sheer Lipstick leaves the lips looking enchanting, full, moist and brilliantly shiny. Free from parabens, this weightless texture glides effortlessly and does not dry out your lips. Sheer Lipstick formula creates an outstandingly sheer, glossy finish with a perfect coverage.
Infused with nourishing Rosehip Butter, skin-protecting Sodium Hyaluronate based agent, and Vitamin E, Rouge Bunny Rouge Sheer Lipstick gives a transparent, juicy colour of a lip stain with a wet-look finish of a gloss. It nourishes the lips and protects them from drying and ageing.
Available in a selection of water-honeyed shades, Rouge Bunny Rouge Sheer Lipstick coats the lips with soft diaphanous colour to enhance and refine the lips with graceful glamour.
Rouge Bunny Rouge Sheer Lipstick Jasmine-Weighted Air is a beautiful fuschia shade with a wet effect finish.
Rouge Bunny Rouge Succulence of Dew Lipsticks are available in 5 beautiful shades:
Perfume of His Gaze
Relish of Heaven
In the mirror of my own experience
Rouge Bunny Rouge Succulence of Dew Lipstick comes in an all black case with subtle floral embellishments. The bullet is shiny and glossy. You have read the detail of the packaging in my previous post and must have known how I love this packaging.
The shade Jasmine-Weighted Air is bright fuschia but this is amazingly wearable and perfect for summer. It’s a fantastic summer shade which give your face a beautiful effect. It will come with full coverage if layered but one or two swipes is enough to get a natural pink effect.
Like Relish Of Heaven, it can also be applied both day and night. I can compare this shade with Maybelline Rebel Bouquet lipstick Reb2 which is a bit similar in finish but I found it a bit dark and not completely ideal for summer but this lipstick just screams “summer”!
The formula is moisturising and the texture is smooth and buttery. The lipstick glides on the lips easily and smoothly. Despite being of a moisturizing formula it never smears here and there.
The pigmentation is great, just one or two swipes offer a decent coverage. The colour is buildable and like ‘Relish of Heaven’ this ‘Jasmine-weighted Air’ in particular manages to pack a pigment punch yet at the same time be translucent. Due to its hydrating formula, you never need to apply a lip balm before using it.
It gives a beautiful glossy finish with none of the stickiness of lipglosses. I apply just one and two swipes and get a lovely finish which makes my face healthy and fresh.
Like Relish Of Heaven, It also lasts for about 4-5 hours easily. It never settles into fine lines of the lips. It leaves a lovely stain on the lips after fading.
lipstick is infused with nourishing Rosehip Butter, skin-protecting Sodium Hyaluronate based agent, and Vitamin E, which is beneficial for my lips.

Overall it’s a lipstick which is perfect for summer and monsoon. The shade is very pretty, we all love bright fuchsia but hesitate to apply this shade just because of its brightness. In this lipstick, you get all the beauty of fuchsia colour but in a subtle manner. The finish is in between a creamy lipstick and lipgloss. It hydrates the lips with its moisturising properties. As it is highly pigmented you can find a natural and healthy effect in one and two swipes. I will highly recommend this lipstick, especially for summer.
